Easter Basket Ideas for Babies!

This is my son, Milo’s, first Easter and I am so excited!!! He’s 8 months, so it will be a bit different than Christmas as he’s a bit more aware of new toys and gets excited to play with something new. I may have gone a little bit overboard and may not be able to fit this all neatly into his little Easter basket… but it’s his first Easter and I’m a first time mom :0) Can you blame me!?

I’m giving him mostly toys, but also a cute couple outfits and a board book he can enjoy now as well! Everything will be linked (just click on the photos) and I hope this gives you some help/inspiration if you’re looking for the baby in your life too! HAPPY ALMOST EASTER!

WHAT'S IN MILO'S EASTER BASKET!

I’ve listed & linked everything individually down below as you scroll! And most things are from either Target or Amazon if you want to get your hands on these things before Easter (I know, sorry it’s so late. That’t my bad. But wanted to share anyway just in case!).

Just click on the individual photos and it will bring you to the link!

1. Infantino Grab & Go Easter Bag

This was a last minute addition to Milo’s Easter basket, as I was just browsing Target (as one does) and I saw this bag of goodies that LITERALLY said “Baby’s First Easter Basket” on it! Easy Peasy. We already have some infantino blocks and other toys and he loves them, so this was an obvious yes. Plus I could not pass up those cute easter eggs and the rubber sheep duck!

2. JellyCat Bashful Bunny

I bout died when I saw this adorable MUSTARD YELLOW (it’s technically called Saffron) bunny from JellyCat! One of Milo’s very favorite toys is a little JellyCat bumble bee I actually bought for him at the gift shop of the hospital he was born. It’s the perfect size for a baby’s “first” lovey or stuffed animal. So I knew I wanted to get him some more and their “bashful bunny” plushes are very popular. They come in SO many colors and 2 different sizes. But I went with the smaller one this year for his teeny hands.

3. Edible Colors Board Book

I saw this adorable board book on Amazon and thought it would be perfect for Spring/Easter! It teaches all about the different colors that foods can be, so I feel like it will definitely be helpful with him learning colors and foods! Plus I’m hoping it sparks an interest in gardening as I really hope he joins us in that passion when he’s a bit older!

4. Cat & Jack Baby Gauze Top & Overalls Set

I cannot WAIT to put him in this little outfit!!! And even without the little romper part of it, I love the yellow striped onesie. We will get loads of use out of that. But I am obsessed with this outfit, I love the colors together. And I usually really like the Cat & Jack line at target! They have super cute prints and everything is always super soft.

5. Hide & Squeak Egg Toys

These look oddly nostalgic to me?? Were these around 32 YEARS AGO when I was a baby!? But either way I think they are so cute and Milo is going to love them. For now they’ll just be colorful things that squeak, but as he gets older they’ll help with matching and memory as well!

6. JellyCat Vivacious Vegetables Radish

The cuteness overload continues with this stuffed RADISH that is smiling back at me. I just cannot. This is another stuffy from JellyCat. A dear friend gave us the red bell pepper from the same line and Milo LOVES it. Plus it makes for very cute shelf decor! And I thought this radish would be perfect for Spring. But there are many many stuffed vegetables in this vivacious vegetables line that I will/MUST own. For Milo… of course.

7. Disney Baby Winnie the Pooh Soft Blocks

I was shopping at Walgreens one day and *GASPED* when I saw these adorable Winnie the Pooh soft blocks! It was actually my first purchase for his Easter basket :0) He LOVES soft blocks already and I will definitely be forcing a love for Winnie the Pooh on him. But I love all the colors and that each one has a different character! And I was able to find them on Amazon to link!

8. Cat & Jack Tie Dye Henley Romper

How cute!!!! Another score from the Cat & Jack line at Target. I love the colors for summer (I got it in the proper size for Summer) and I have a feeling this will get a LOT of use. And it usual Cat & Jack fashion, it is sooooo soft. And very affordable!

& there you have it! That’s everything that is going in Milo’s first Easter basket! I hope this was helpful if you’ve been stumped as to what to get the baby in your life. Can’t go wrong with any of these! Or if you’re just curious as to what the Easter Bunny is bringing Milo, I hope you enjoyed :0)

Stay tuned for more blog posts like this in the future! I am a BLOGGER now sooooo watch out ;0) But I love you and I’ll see you sooooon!
